You can start by logging in to your Together Account and selecting your program. From here, you can click on the Program Settings section. Once there, click on Questions & Algorithm; this is where you will find the two new drop-down menus: Organization-Wide Fields and Program-Specific Questions:

On this page, click the blue Add button towards the top right-hand side of the Questions & Algorithm page. This will open a menu where you will see four options: Reuse questions from another program, Import data, Add a program-specific question, and Add an organization-wide question. Click on Reuse questions from another program:

From the drop-down menu, you can select the program you would like to reuse a question from:

Once you have selected your program, you will see a list of questions that are ready to be reused.

Check the Select All box if you wish to reuse all available questions, or, select individual questions by clicking on the box located on the right-hand side of the question cards. You can also choose to convert these questions into Organization-wide questions by toggling the "Convert to organization-wide question and apply across all programs" button.

Note: By converting a question into an Organization-wide question:

  • It will be applied across all programs
  • Users that have already answered this question will never have to answer it again
  • The algorithm rule remains program-specific

That's all to it! Your reused question will now appear on your Questions & Algorithm page. The reused questions will appear either under Organization-Wide Fields or Program-Specific Questions based on your selection in the previous steps.
