To ensure your Workday and SAP HRIS Integration syncs only relevant employee records, you can set filtering rules in the 'Integrations' tab under 'Settings.' This process allows you to exclude certain groups like terminated employees, contractors, part-time employees, or on-leave employees, ensuring a clean list for mentorship admins.
To Filter Synced Employees, head over to 'Settings' and select the 'Integrations' tab. Click the 'Filter Synced Employees' button under your HRIS Integration to begin:
Here, you will get the chance to review the provided instructions, then click 'Continue' to proceed:
On this page, you will get to set your filtering rules. For example, you may only want to sync employees with an employeeStatusCode value of 1 or only sync employees in a particular department. You can enter these values in their respective fields. Once you have added the values you would like to sync employees based on, click 'Continue':
On the last page, you will get to review and confirm the changes you have made to your filtering rules. Once you have reviewed your changes, click the 'Confirm' button to apply these changes:
