When you join an event or an event you were invited to is active, you will receive a calendar invite and an email inviting you to the event. The email will look something like this:

This invite includes a link to the event details in Together and the web conferencing information. You can see the events you are invited to by checking your calendar invite in your email inbox. From there, you can RSVP directly. Your calendar event invitation will look something like this:

Viewing Open Events

Along with events for which you've been invited to, you can also view open events under the 'Events' section in Together. These events are available for anyone to join:

You can view event details by clicking on the event card. Here, you'll be able to see the date and time the event is set for, the speakers and hosts, the event description, and the event agenda.

If you'd like to attend the event, click the Add to Calendar button. You will be immediately sent a calendar invite via email containing all the necessary information to attend the event when it occurs.

Viewing Event Details

When you click the 'Learn More' link in the calendar invite, you will be taken to the event details page in Together. Here, you can find all the event details and the agenda. For open events, you can also copy the URL of this page to share it with other users. Even after the event has passed, the event page will remain accessible for you to review in the 'Past' tab in the 'Events' section.

To join the virtual event, use the calendar invite you received. The conferencing link will be available from the calendar invite, not from within Together, similar to how sessions booked with a match work: Attending Sessions and Managing Agendas.
