The Content section of your program can provide your participants with supplementary resources to help them along their mentorship journey. By connecting additional resources, keeping agendas up to date, and creating meaningful tasks, you can set your participants up for success.

Content

The built-in Content feature in Together is a great way to share material that is relevant to your program and organization with your participants. By default we will provide you with several great content resources, however, you should always consider adding tailored content. This can include:

  • Program guidelines and important dates
  • Tips on getting the most out of this program
  • Best practices when interacting with mentors/mentees

As an admin, you can access program content by navigating to your program on the admin view and selecting 'Content'. From there, you can review all content, published content, drafts, and our content templates. From here, you can also perform key actions such as:

  • Adding new content
  • Adding templated content
  • Adding a section
  • Adding a resource to a section (+)
  • Moving a section down (v)
  • Renaming or deleting a section (...)
  • Reorganizing the order of content (six dots on a content card)

Adding Content

When you click the '+Add Content' button you will be prompted to add:

  • Title
  • Description
  • Select which section the content will be part of
  • Content Image
  • Content Type
    • PDF file
    • SCORM Package - Upgrade Required, talk to your Account Manager
      • Automatically track user progress & completion of content by uploading content as a SCORM package.
    • URL
    • Text content
  • Requirements & Due Dates
    • Required - set a due date for content completion
    • Optional

Note: You can update these settings at any time by clicking on the Content Settings tab, including adjusting which role(s) the content is visible to.

From the main content page, you can also perform Bulk Actions. Click on 'Bulk Select', select the courses you want to perform a bulk action on, and then bulk revert content to draft or bulk delete content as needed.

You can also perform certain actions on the content level by clicking the three dots on the bottom right of the content card. These actions include:

  • Delete Content
  • Preview Content
  • Duplicate Content
  • Revert to Draft

Tracking Content Completion

To easily track content completion, click on the completion button at the bottom of your content tile.

Note: If the content is a non-SCORM file, end-users need to self-report completion.

From here you can track all, completed, and incomplete participants, along with their content completion date. You can also perform quick actions like copying their email and resetting their progress.

Participants can access program Content by navigating to Programs > View Program > Content.

Agendas

Based on our research, matches who follow their session agendas tend to have more effective and productive mentoring relationships. Agendas help ensure both parties are prepared for each session, set goals, and provide additional context on what they need to achieve in their mentorship journey. As an admin, you can create custom agendas that are fine-tuned for your program or turn on AI Agendas for participants to use. Here are some changes to consider:

  • Outline goals and expectations for each session
  • Create a guided mentorship or colleague connect path for participants
  • Add suggestions for talking points and conversation starters

As an admin, you can review, update, and save agendas by going to your program and navigating to Matching > Select which Match Type you want to access Agendas for > Agendas. Programs can have multiple match types and the platform gives you flexibility to add unique agendas for each Match Type. For example, you might want different agenda topics for a Mentor <> Mentee match vs a Colleague Peer <> Peer match.

Once you are on your Agenda setting page you can update your Session Agenda Type and edit/delete sessions accordingly.

  • Personalized Agendas (Powered by AI): This agenda type provides a custom agenda for each match based on their individual profiles and goals. Participants can also regenerate agendas using AI based on what they want to cover in the session.
  • Fixed Agendas: These agendas are the same for all participants. As an admin, you get to set specific agendas and topics building off our template. Participants will be able to manually update agenda content accordingly.

Participants can access Agendas by navigating into a current match and clicking on Notes & Agendas.

For AI agendas, participants can regenerate the agenda using an AI prompt.

Tasks

In many cases, it can be helpful to provide a few common steps for users once they have been matched. With this in mind, we developed the Tasks feature that allows admins to assign and automatically add tasks to every new match to assist in guiding mentees, mentors, and peers throughout the program. Tasks can prove beneficial as they help participants stay on track and have an idea of what they need to complete next. Participants can add their own checklist items too. You can create tasks such as:

  • Create notes for your session
  • Check the content updates this week!
  • Complete new profile questions

Admins can review, update, add, and delete tasks by going to your program and navigating to Matching > Select which Match Type you want to access Agendas for > Tasks. Programs can have multiple match types and the platform gives you flexibility to add unique tasks for each Match Type.

By clicking on an Assigned Task, you can edit the task title, description, and who the task is shown to.

From the main Tasks view, you can also review the Auto-added Tasks that will automatically be added to the list when a match has not taken the expected actions. Auto-added Tasks can not be updated or deleted since these tasks are designed to help matches stay on track:

  • Book your next session
  • Give feedback for your previous session
  • Plan your upcoming session.

Participants can easily access Tasks by navigating into a current match and scrolling down on their Match Activity page.

Note: Newly added tasks will not appear in matches that are already active in that specific program.
