To make changes to your Program Participation settings, head over to your Profile page and select the Matching Settings tab:

Here, you can see the programs you are currently enrolled in - and whether you are a mentee, mentor, or both in those programs. Additionally, you can make changes to your Matching preferences and match recommendations settings.

How to Leave a Program

If you want to Leave a Program, click on the 3 dots next to the program name and click the Leave Program button:

How to Change Your Role

To change your Role, click on the Pencil icon next to How you participate:

From here, you can update your Role preferences by selecting how you want to participate in this program. Once you have made your selections, click the Submit button to save your changes.

How to Change the Frequency of Match Recommendations

From the Participation section under the Matching Settings tab in your Profile, you can change how often you are sent new match recommendations. To do so, click on the drop-down menu to select either Every other week or Every month

Pro-tip: Turning off the 'Allow others to match with me' option gives you control over taking a break from new matches. You can set this pause from one week up to indefinitely, depending on your needs.

How to Turn off Matching Requests and Recommendations

Sometimes you might need to pause your ability to receive additional match requests and recommendations in your mentorship program, for whatever reason, you can always do so from the Matching section under the Matching Settings tab in your Profile. Here, you will see each of the programs you're currently registered in. You have the option of selectively turning off new match requests on a per-program basis and disabling match recommendations:

Once you click on the toggle, you can update your matching preferences to pause matching for one week, two weeks, three weeks, one month, two months, or forever.
