Let's get you set up and ready to explore the world of mentorship with Together. If you've already received an email or instructions from your administrator, you're just a few steps away from starting.

Signing Up and Setting Up Your Profile

Signing Up:

Begin your journey by signing up on Together. Need help logging in? Check out our guides on Logging in Without SSO or With SSO.

Welcome:

Welcome to the registration process! Click Get Started to begin registration.

Selecting a Program:

If you are receiving a generic invite (not to one specific program), you'll see a list of available programs you're eligible for. Click 'Register' on your chosen program to start. 

Note: If you've joined via an invite email, your program may already be pre-selected.

Getting Program Info:

If you are being invited to a specific program, you will immediately be brought to a Program Overview page where you can review what the program is about, learning courses (if applicable), etc. Click Next to continue.

Choosing Your Role:

Next, you will be prompted to select which role(s) you would like to register for. Decide whether you'd like to be a Mentor, a Mentee, or a Colleague. Depending on the program, you might have the option to register in multiple roles.

Participating as a Colleague? Enjoy informal connections without the typical mentor-mentee dynamic. It's all about mutual learning and support.

Setting Your Capacity (For Mentors):

If you're a mentor, indicate how many mentees you can take on. This helps set expectations and manage your availability. You will be able to update this at any point in time once you have registered.

Creating Your Profile:

Tell us a bit about yourself! Fill in your preferred name, your current role or department, and link your LinkedIn profile. Once you've filled these in, click Next to proceed.

Crafting Your Bio:

Here’s where you add some personality! Write a bio or let us help you generate one using your LinkedIn profile or by uploading your resume in PDF format.

Important: The options to upload your bio will only appear if your program admins have enabled AI Features across your organization.

Setting Your Time Preferences

Here's where you can select your timezone and preferred meeting times.

Answering the Questionnaire:

Finally, answer a series of questions tailored to help find your ideal match. Your responses are key to making the best connections!

Remember: The questionnaire is quick and reflects the effort your administrators put in. Your honest and thorough responses are greatly appreciated!

Finalizing Your Registration

Once the questionnaire is complete, click Finish to enter the platform.

And that's it! You're all set and registered. We'll notify you once the matching begins.
