As individuals progress in their mentorship journeys, their needs and objectives evolve. To ensure consistent alignment and effectiveness, users are prompted to revisit and update their registration questionnaire every 6 months. Additionally, you will also receive this notification each time a new question has been added by your program admin. As a user, you will receive an on-screen notification when you log in:
Here, you can click the Continue button to proceed through the questionnaire and update your responses.
Note: If you click on the Skip button, this notification will be moved to your To Do section:
During the update process, the date of your most recent response to each question will be highlighted under the question text:
Additionally, any new questions that were added after you had completed the registration will also be highlighted:
Click the Next button to continue and click the Finish button at the end to save your changes.
If you ever need to update or populate responses for a program, you can do so by navigating to your Profile section from your home page.
Under the My Programs tab, click the pencil button next to the program you want to change your responses for, and then the Edit button to the right of the question you need to change.
This will bring up a small window where you can edit your response. Make sure when you're done editing to click the blue Save button to finalize your changes!
