How to Turn off Matching Requests and Recommendations

Sometimes you might need to pause your ability to receive additional match requests and recommendations in your mentorship program, for whatever reason, you can always do so from the Participation section under the My Programs tab in your Profile. Here, you will see each of the programs you're currently registered in. You have the option of selectively turning off new match requests on a per-program basis and disabling match recommendations:

Pro-tip: Turning off the 'Allow others to match with me' option gives you control over taking a break from new matches. You can set this pause from one week up to indefinitely, depending on your needs.
