Do I need to give feedback?

Providing feedback is highly recommended, but also optional.

Feedback is an important aspect of successful mentorship. Providing feedback through Together allows your organization's administrator(s) to keep an ear to the ground on the progress of the program and allows them to create a better user experience for both mentees and mentors.

For mentees and mentors, providing feedback to each other is invaluable information that can help build trust and positive learning experiences.
