Log into the platform and navigate to Programs > (choose your program) > Surveys
In this section, you can create a survey to be sent out at the end of each session. Click into the session title to edit the default survey.
You can click on Add Question to add a question to the survey for that session and Preview Survey to take a look at how the survey would be viewed by a user. Questions can be added as a short text, long text, numeric, or as a multiple choice.
Click on See Results to view the data once it has been collected.
