Program Settings

To access Program Settings, log in to the platform and navigate to Programs (select your program) followed by clicking on Program Settings. From here you will have access to settings such as; General, Pairing Process, Questions & Algorithm, Advanced Pairing, and Program Access

General Program Information

The General section allows you to make changes to the Program Name and Program Description, Add Program Support Contacts, and Archive or Delete your program. 

Note: Program Type cannot be changed after registration is launched.

Pairing Settings

The Pairing Process page allows you to control aspects of how your mentors and mentees will be matched, with 3 options to choose from based on your program type:

  • Admin-led (Cohort Program Type Only)
  • User-led with approval
  • User-led

Here, you can also make changes to several useful settings such as:

  • Mentor Recommendations (Cohort Program Type Only)
  • Recommended Mentees Per Mentor
  • Max Mentees Per Mentor
  • Session Frequency
  • New Mentor Requests (Cohort Program Type Only)
  • Automatically End Pairings (Cohort Program Type Only)
  • Mentorship Labels

Questions & Algorithm

In this section, you will be able to make changes, add or remove, and preview your program's questionnaire and algorithm for pairing.

Advanced Pairing

On the Advanced Matching page, you will find three different settings you can configure:

  • Pairing Priorities

Program Access

Lastly, we have the Program Access page. Here you can choose who can register for your program: 

  • Organization-Wide Access allows anyone who has access to the mentoring platform to register for your program. 
  • Advanced Access Settings allows only specific users inside your mentoring platform to register for your program.
