Navigate to Reports > Pairing Report.

The Pairing Report provides an overview of the mentee and mentor pairs. This includes the number of active pairings, pending pairings (sitting in staged), and past pairings. Pairing Completeness tells you percentage-wise how close you are to having all mentors and mentees paired. You can also take a look at Pairing Combinations to draw connections between paired mentees and mentors.

Begin by filtering by a program. If you only have one program, the data will be of that one program by default. If you do not select a filter, the data reported on will include all of the programs.

Whether or not mentees and mentors think the pairing is a good fit for them is also reflected in the graphs.

External Report Sharing

To share the report with others in your organization, click the Share button on the top right of the page and click Copy Link then paste the link to the recipient.
