What are Handbooks and where can I find them?

Handbooks are essential tools for establishing expectations and guidelines for mentorship programs. The handbooks can provide a framework for the mentorship relationship by outlining the goals, objectives, and expectations of both the mentor and mentee. They can also provide guidance on how to communicate effectively, set personal development goals, and measure progress. By providing a clear structure for the mentorship relationship, mentorship handbooks can help ensure a successful and productive mentoring experience.
