How to Reach Us
You can contact your Together Support team through one of the below channels:
- Self-Serve: Check out our Help Center. This is your guide on how to use Together Software, along with frequently asked questions for admins & users
- Submit a ticket: Issue with the software or have a product request? Click here to submit a ticket, where one of our team members will respond as quickly as we can
- Customer Success Rep: Reach out to your customer success rep where we can guide you
- General Inquiries/Questions: When contacting Together Support, please share as much context and background information with us - what the issue is, steps you have taken so far, screenshots, etc. This will allow us to better diagnose the situation and direct you as best we can.
Work hours and Holidays
When you can reach a Together Support agent:
- Email Support Hours: Together strives to reply to all support emails within 24 hours or better
Together Support is not available during the following 2022 holidays:
- New Year’s Day: January 1st
- Family Day: February 21st
- Good Friday: April 15th
- Victoria Day: May 23rd
- Canada Day: July 1st
- Civic Holiday: August 1st
- Labour Day: September 5th
- Thanksgiving: October 10th
- Christmas Day: December 25th
- Boxing Day: December 26th
