Before you can leverage your organization's HRIS data, the HRIS integration must be set up.
Once the integration is set, go to your Registration Setup > Plan Registration: Set Up Pairing Algorithm. Click on + Add Rule.
A new rule will be added. Click on Mentee's Response To to select a different source. Select Mentee's Directory Field.
Next, click on Select a field to choose the data you would like to draw from.
For example, if you want to restrict users from pairing if their Roles are the same in the HRIS, you would create this rule. Be sure to add a Rule Name and click Save.
Reporting Lines: If you're sending us both employeeID and supervisorID data, you will also have the option to enable additional restrictions if you do not want direct reports paired with their manager, manager's manager, or anyone who reports to the same manager. Be sure to click the Save button once you've made your selection.
