Availability: Badges and certificates are only available to organizations on the Enterprise and Professional Plans.

Badges

As a user, you can earn sharable badges on the platform by completing sessions in a match. Badges will only be visible in the platform if enabled by your organization admin.

You can see the badges you’re making progress towards on your homepage or on your user profile under the My Activity tab:

You will only see and track progress towards badges that you are eligible for. For example, if you are not registered as a mentor, you will not see the mentor badges.

All the badges you have earned can be viewed on your "My Activity" page.

What badges are available (and how do I get them)?

  • Mentor: Awarded to users after completing 10 sessions as a mentor.
  • Mentee: Awarded to users after completing 10 sessions as a mentee.
  • Super Mentor: Awarded to users after completing 40 sessions as a mentor
  • Connector: Awarded to users after completing 1 session with 10 different users

Certificates

Certificates are a way for program administrators to formally recognize your efforts within a mentorship program. These certificates can be downloaded & shared from your Together profile.

Certificates must be set up by a program admin within a specific program, so not all programs will have certificates. You can see if a program has a certificate available when signing up. You can track your progress towards earning a certificate from your homepage or the "My Activity" page.

What Sessions qualify for a Certificate?

Certificates require a certain number of completed sessions, as defined by your program admin. For a session to count towards a certificate, at least one of you in your match must fill out session feedback (i.e. the mentee or mentor). You can see which sessions don’t have feedback from the "My Activity" page, under the sessions without feedback column. You can easily fill in this feedback for completed sessions to ensure they count towards your certificate.

Sharing Badges & Certificates

You can share public links to your badges and certificates to showcase your accomplishments in a mentorship program. You can copy a link to a personalized page with the badge or certificate, or directly share it to LinkedIn. To get started, head over to your profile followed by the My Activity tab:

Sharing a Badge to LinkedIn
