Together Software encrypts data in transit and at rest to ensure your data is secure.
In Transit
Data transferred over the network between our browser client and servers is encrypted with HTTPS and a minimum of TLS v1.2.
At Rest
We use a database hosted by our cloud provider/subprocessor, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted with 256-bit AES.
Authorized Parties
Only select Together Software employees with privileged database access can read production data in unencrypted form. Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services cannot view or access decrypted data.
Encryption Keys
Each database encryption key is encrypted with a regularly rotated set of master keys. This is managed server-side, i.e. our cloud provider Google Cloud Platform/Amazon Web Services manages the keys on our behalf. Keys are rotated every 90 days by GCP/AWS.
