Interruptions to service are posted to status.togetherplatform.com, you can also subscribe to service notifications via email, SMS or RSS. In addition to this service interruption notifications will also show in-app.

Uptime Commitment

Together's infrastructure is all Highly Available across multiple regions. 

Together will ensure that customers have access to the Services ninety-nine and nine-tenths percent (99.9%) of the time as measured during any calendar month, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year, and inclusive of planned and unplanned outages (“Uptime”). Uptime is calculated through the formula set forth below:

(# of minutes the Services are available in the month / Total # of minutes in the month ) x 100

  • Outages as directed by the customer are not included in this Uptime measurement.
