Understanding how your mentorship program is important, and being able to show relevant metrics for its performance is very helpful to share with relevant stakeholders. In our Reports section, you can now better review some of these important metrics by adding a user status filter to your registration report:

1. Registered: this filter will show all users who are currently registered and active participants (not paused) in your program. It will exclude any users who may have been registered at one point, but since have left your organization or the program.
2. Removed from program or paused: this filter will show all users that have been removed from the program or who have paused their participation.
3. All: this filter will show an all-time view of your data. It will look over all participants, regardless if they're currently active in the program or not to give you a good understanding of the impact of your program throughout its existence. 

Other filters included for use are filtering by program, by date range, and by role (mentee, mentor, colleague).
