Navigate to Reports > Skills and Goals Report. The Skills and Goals Report provides an overview of the mentee and mentor's top skills and goals throughout the Program. This includes visual data on:

• Registration
• Self-Assessments
• Session Topics
• Final Self-Assessments

Note: For reporting, Mentorship Agreements and Final Assessments are only available for Matches with 3 or more Sessions added. 

These insights are important to note as an Admin because they show where the greatest need for certain skills is. 

Begin by filtering by a Program. If you only have one Program, the data will be of that one Program by default. If you do not select a filter, the data reported on will include all of the Programs.
