Navigate to Reports > Matching Report.

The Matching Report provides an overview of the mentee, mentor, and colleague Matches. This includes the number of active Matches, Matches awaiting approval (sitting in staged), and Matches ended. Matching Completeness tells you percentage-wise how close you are to having all mentors, mentees, and/or colleagues matched. 

Begin by filtering by a Program. If you only have one program, the data will be of that one Program by default. If you do not select a filter, the data reported on will include all of the Programs.

Whether or not mentees, mentors, or colleagues think the matching is a good fit for them is also reflected in the graphs.

From this view, you can also see a snapshot of your Match history over time, and filter by date range of Match status, Matches lasting X amount of time, and Match status.

You can also take a look at Match Combinations by Profile Field to draw connections between matched mentees, mentors, and/or colleagues. Note that this heatmap displays responses to all questions in the organization by default, and an Admin will need to populate questions in the Select a mentee question and Select a mentor question fields to drill down into specifics.
