Article: How to use Matching Report

Navigate to Reports > Matching Report.

The Matching Report provides an overview of the mentee, mentor, and colleague matches. This includes the number of active matches, matches awaiting approval (sitting in staged), and matches ended. Matching Completeness tells you percentage-wise how close you are to having all mentors, mentees, and/or colleagues matched. 

Begin by filtering by a program. If you only have one program, the data will be of that one program by default. If you do not select a filter, the data reported on will include all of the programs.

Whether or not mentees, mentors, or colleagues think the matching is a good fit for them is also reflected in the graphs.

From this view, you can also see a snapshot of your match history over time, and filter by date range of match status, matches lasting X amount of time, and match status.

You can also take a look at Matching Combinations to draw connections between matched mentees, mentors, and/or colleagues.

External Report Sharing

To share the report with others in your organization, click the Share button on the top right of the page and click Copy Link then paste the link to the recipient.
