Article: How to Use the Skills & Goals Report

Navigate to Reports > Skills and Goals Report. The Skills and Goals Report provides an overview of the mentee and mentor's top skills and goals throughout the program. This includes visual data on:

• Registration
• Self-Assessments
• Session Topics
• Final Self-Assessments

Note: For reporting, Mentorship Agreements and Final Assessments are only available for matches with 3 or more sessions added. 

These insights are important to note as an administrator because they show where the greatest need for certain skills is. 

Begin by filtering by a program. If you only have one program, the data will be of that one program by default. If you do not select a filter, the data reported on will include all of the programs.

External Report Sharing

To share the report with others in your organization, click the Share button on the top right of the page and click Copy Link then paste the link to the recipient.
