Navigate to Reports > Registration Report.

The Registration Report provides an overview of the number of registrants (broken down by the number of mentees and the capacity of mentors), as well as the Registration By Day graph for uptake visualization.

Begin by filtering by a Program. If you only have one Program, the data will be of that one Program by default. If you do not select a filter, the data reported on will include all of the Programs.

In addition to filtering by a Program, Admins can filter the Registration Report by the Is Account Active filter. The values for this filter are is true, indicating the Users have an active profile, and is false, indicating the Users have an inactive profile.

This report also grants the ability to filter by Date Range and Filter by Role, allowing Admins to filter for a specific period and for specific User types (ie, Mentors).

The Profile Breakdown allows you to view the responses from the questionnaire from mentees, mentors, and/or colleagues. This data is presented through graphs and tables, and by default displays responses for all questions in an organization. To drill down into specifics, an Admin will need to filter for a specific question. For example, the chart to the question "What is your seniority level?" could look like this:

Questions from the questionnaire that allows for open-ended text are presented in a table format and easily downloadable. Similar to the Profile Breakdown section above, the Responses by text section defaults to displaying all questions in an organization, and an Admin would need to filter by a question to drill down into specifics.
